7. Prolongation of the aPTT of normal plasmaNormal human plasma was supplemented with monoclonal IgG or Fab fragments at the final concentrations indicated, and the activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) was determined. The data represent the average of duplicate determinations.
The effect appeared to saturate over the range of IgG concentrations used in this experiment.
